I like Itunes crossfade feature with my music as it blends one song into the other. with audiobooks this is totally annoying because it will cut off the end of one track and blend it with the beginning of the next which means you miss part of the story. Luckily you can select all your audiobooks, use apple+i and select yes or check mark gapless song/album. now it won't crossfade your audiobooks :)
